Mark Properties, Inc. is a full-service professional property management and real estate investment company. From our offices in Durham, North Carolina and Boonton, New Jersey, we operate over thirty properties in ten states along the east coast from New York to Florida. Our properties consist of primarily grocery-anchored neighborhood strip shopping centers along with several office buildings, mixed-use developments, and smaller retail properties. Over the past twenty years, Mark Properties has acquired, managed, and redeveloped numerous properties and it is actively seeking new acquisitions and management opportunities.
