Mark Properties has acquired various property types including retail strip shopping centers, office buildings, street front retail, historic rehab, convenience centers and residential multi family. The company is currently seeking to acquire properties in all property types with the emphasis being on retail properties along the east coast from New York to Florida.

Deal range is $1 million to $15 million with substantial cash equity on purchase. Mark Properties would also make an excellent cash joint venture partner should the property owner need a qualified partner to manage, develop, re-position, or create value to an under-performing asset. Our underwriting philosophy and ownership experience enables us to provide a quick response to all submissions even if it is only a phone call.
