Mark Properties has acquired various property types including retail strip shopping centers, office buildings, street front retail, historic rehab, convenience centers and residential multi family. The company is working with investors to create a fund to purchase residential and commercial real estate and debt. The company is always looking for a good deal but plans to acquire the majority of its assets starting in 3Q 2010.

In addition to buying properties outright, Mark Properties would also make an excellent cash joint venture partner should the property owner need a qualified partner to manage, develop, re-position, or create value to an under-performing asset.
